TIOO has five plans: Free, Starter, Growth, Pro and Enterprise. Free has no time limit and needs no card. Each plan includes everything in the plan before it.
Prices depend on your currency and change from time to time, so they are not listed here. See them on Billing.

Enterprise includes everything, for businesses with more than 50 rooms or 10 properties. Its limits are set up with you.

How to choose
- Just starting, one or two rooms? Free covers calendars, online check-in, the guest app and a website.
- Smart lock, cleaners or invoices? You need Starter or above.
- More than 5 rooms, more than one building, or you want reviews, reports, guest ID checks or your own web address? Look at Growth.
- More than 15 rooms, or you want to hide the TIOO name? Look at Pro.
Good to know
- A holiday let or apartment counts as one unit per property.
- On a paid plan you can add extra rooms and extra smart locks without changing plan, from Billing.
- Only the owner can change the plan. Owners and admins can see the Billing page.
- While a TIOO payment is overdue, the Free plan's limits apply until it is paid.
