No. Direct bookings through your TIOO website are commission-free on every plan. You pay your payment provider's normal card fees only.
Will direct bookings block my Airbnb and Booking.com calendars?
Yes. Direct bookings appear in your TIOO calendar, and the iCal feed you add to each OTA blocks those dates there too.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Every plan gets a free yourname.tioo.com address. Growth includes 1 custom domain, Pro includes 3, and Free/Starter can add one as a paid add-on. SSL is set up automatically.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers 2 rooms with calendar sync, the guest check-in portal and a direct booking website, with no time limit and no credit card. Paid plans add more rooms, messaging, cleaning, invoicing and more.
