Frequently asked questions
Can I give staff access to only some properties?
Yes. Managers and receptionists can be assigned to specific properties and will only see those. Owners and admins see everything, and every action is recorded in the activity log.
Does TIOO support long stays and corporate invoices?
Yes. Reservations can run for any length of stay you accept, and the invoicing tools let you raise and track invoices for company bookings in your account's currency.
How does calendar sync with Airbnb and Booking.com work?
You paste each listing's iCal link into TIOO and TIOO imports its bookings into one calendar. TIOO also gives every room its own iCal feed to add back into Airbnb, Booking.com and other channels, so dates booked on one platform or on your own website are blocked on the others.
