Frequently asked questions
Can TIOO manage Airbnb and Booking.com together?
Yes. Both connect by iCal: their bookings appear in one TIOO calendar and TIOO's own feed blocks dates back on each platform. Booking.com and Airbnb confirmation emails can also be forwarded to your TIOO inbox to fill in the guest's email, phone and booking reference.
Do I need a smart lock to use TIOO?
No. Smart locks are optional. Without one, the guest portal shows your lockbox, key safe, key pickup or meet-and-greet instructions. If you use TTLock, TIOO creates and removes door PINs for each stay automatically.
Is TIOO an official Airbnb partner or API integration?
No. TIOO connects to Airbnb through the standard iCal calendar links Airbnb provides to every host, plus forwarded confirmation emails. You keep managing your listing, pricing and reviews in Airbnb as usual.
Is there a free plan?
