Five roles that match
how a small hotel works.
Pick a role when you invite someone and they're set. The owner manages everyone; an admin manages managers and receptionists but can never promote anyone to admin or touch the plan.
Owner
Everything, including the plan, the card, deleting the business and handing it over. There is exactly one.
Admin
Runs the place with you: settings, website, team, smart locks, ID records. Can't change the plan or make another admin.
Manager
The day-to-day: bookings, guests, messages, cleaning, invoices, reports, event prices. No settings, no team, no billing.
Receptionist
The front desk: calendar, arrivals, messages, booking requests, notes, ID photos at check-in. Guest records only when you allow it.
Cleaner
Their own phone page with their jobs, never the dashboard. Cleaners don't use a team seat — they have their own limit.

Your own roles, when the five aren't enough
A night porter who can check guests in but not see prices. A bookkeeper who sees invoices and reports and nothing else. Start from a ready-made role, tick or untick each permission, give it a name. Nobody can make a role with more power than they have themselves.

Type their email and pick a role. They get a link to set their password; if they already use TIOO for another business, they get a sign-in link instead. Remove someone and their access ends at once.

The owner can transfer the business to another member after confirming their identity. Both of you get an email; it's logged.

Your team signs in
at your own address.
Every business gets its own address, yourhotel.tioo.com, with its own sign-in page: your business name above a simple form. Staff bookmark it; it works with your own domain too.

Every booking edit with the old and new values, every cancellation, every invoice, every role change, every sign-in, every ID photo opened. Filter by person, by area or by day, and download it as CSV. From the Starter plan, for the owner and admins.
