Invoices live next to the bookings they belong to. The numbers run on from the last one, the totals are worked out per line with tax added once, and the PDF comes out in the guest's language.

Connect the payment provider
you already use.
Guests pay the provider directly and the money lands in your account, not ours. TIOO adds no fee on top; you pay the provider's usual rate. Connect one per business from Settings.
Stripe Worldwide
Cards through Stripe Connect, with wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay when Stripe offers them. Card details never touch TIOO — the guest pays on Stripe's secure page.

No card payments? Put your bank details in the payment instructions and record transfers by hand.
Always know what's owed.
The list is split into Unpaid, Overdue, Drafts, Paid and Cancelled, with the money totals per currency at the top. An unpaid invoice turns overdue by itself on its due date, and you get one bell per day.
Card, cash, transfer or a deposit taken earlier: every payment is listed with its date, and the balance is what's left.
Once sent, an invoice can be cancelled or reopened, never quietly removed. An invoice paid online can't be marked unpaid.
Tick the invoices in the list and send them or mark them paid in one go — up to 50 at a time.
The email and the PDF follow the language the guest used at check-in, in any of TIOO's ten guest languages.

Who created, sent, paid or cancelled an invoice is in the activity log, with the amounts.

Invoice settings take five minutes: upload your logo, pick a prefix like HV-, choose the payment terms in days, your default tax rate and its name (VAT, GST, IVA…), and the payment instructions printed at the bottom. Amounts are in your business currency.
