Can I try TIOO before paying?
Yes. The Free plan is genuinely free forever — no credit card, no trial expiry. Manage up to 2 rooms with the full dashboard, check-in portal, and a property website.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade instantly and only pay the difference. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle — no penalties.
What happens when I hit my room limit?
You can add extra rooms at $2.00/mo each, or upgrade to a higher plan for a better per-room price.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point your own domain to your TIOO site — we handle SSL automatically. Growth includes 1 custom domain, Pro includes 3. Starter users can add one for $5.00/mo. Every plan gets a free yourname.tioo.com subdomain.
Do I get a website with every plan?
Yes. Every plan includes a property website with professional templates, gallery, contact form, and check-in guide. Free gets 5 pages, Starter 10, Growth 20, and Pro 50. Higher plans unlock premium templates and advanced design tools.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month (or annual for 17% savings — roughly 2 months free). Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
What about check-in and bookings?
Every plan includes a self-service guest check-in portal and booking pages. Guests can check in online, view their room details, and access smart lock PINs — all on your branded site.
How does smart lock pricing work?
