Is there a free tier?
Yes. Our Free plan includes up to 2 rooms with core features like calendar sync, check-in portal, and guest messaging.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Growth and above include one free custom domain. Starter users can add it for £5/mo. All plans get a free subdomain (yourname.tioo.com).
What smart locks are supported?
We currently support TTLock, with more integrations coming soon.
Can I import my existing bookings?
Yes, we support calendar sync with all major platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
