How many rooms can I manage?
Free covers 2 rooms, Starter 5, Growth 15 and Pro 50. Enterprise is for hotels and groups with more rooms than that. See the pricing page for the current plans.
Is TIOO a channel manager?
Not today. TIOO keeps your rooms in step with Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and other sites through iCal calendar sync, which updates every few minutes rather than instantly. Prices and availability rules are still set in each site's own extranet.
How does calendar sync with Airbnb and Booking.com work?
You paste each listing's iCal link into TIOO and TIOO imports its bookings into one calendar. TIOO also gives every room its own iCal feed to add back into Airbnb, Booking.com and other channels, so dates booked on one platform or on your own website are blocked on the others.
Can guests open their room door with their phone?
Yes, with TTLock smart locks. Each stay gets its own PIN for the front door and the room door, and guests can also tap to unlock from their guest portal during their stay.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers 2 rooms with calendar sync, the guest check-in portal and a direct booking website, with no time limit and no credit card. Paid plans add more rooms, messaging, cleaning, invoicing and more.
