Which smart locks does TIOO work with?
TIOO integrates with TTLock-compatible smart locks today. Connecting a TTLock gateway lets TIOO create and remove PIN codes remotely and unlock the door from the dashboard.
When does the guest see their door code?
The PIN is created on the lock about 48 hours before check-in, and the guest sees it in their guest portal from check-in time. It expires automatically at checkout.
Can I do self check-in without a smart lock?
Yes. Choose lockbox, key safe, key pickup, reception or meet-and-greet as the access method and the guest portal shows the right instructions for that room.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers 2 rooms with calendar sync, the guest check-in portal and a direct booking website, with no time limit and no credit card. Paid plans add more rooms, messaging, cleaning, invoicing and more.
