Five Role Levels
From the property owner down to individual cleaners, every team member has a clearly defined role with appropriate access levels.
Owner
Full access to everything. Billing, settings, team management, integrations, and all property operations. Only owners can delete the organisation or manage subscription billing.
Admin
Nearly full access. Can manage rooms, bookings, messaging, invoicing, and team members. Cannot access billing or delete the organisation. Ideal for trusted co-managers.
Manager
Day-to-day operational access. Can manage reservations, guests, messaging, and cleaning. Cannot modify settings, integrations, or team membership. Perfect for on-site managers.
Receptionist
Front-desk focused access. Can view reservations, manage guest check-ins, handle messages, and update room status. Read-only access to settings and limited to their assigned responsibilities.
Cleaner
Minimal access by design. Can only view their assigned cleaning tasks and update task status. Has a dedicated cleaner portal separate from the main dashboard.

Easy Team Invitations
Invite team members by email. They receive a signup link, create their account, and are automatically added to your organisation with the assigned role. No complicated setup process.
Activity Tracking
